On 25 May 2019, regime warplanes carried out airstrikes on civilian houses in the town of Khan Shaykun in Idleb, while regime helicopters dropped barrel bombs in the vicinity of the town, killing 1 male civilian and injuring another one. Concurrently, regime ground forces fired incendiary shells at the town. Shelling and airstrikes impacted the water station in the area.
