On 26 May 2019, Russian and regime warplanes carried out airstrikes on the town of Al-Hibet in Idleb, while regime helicopters dropped barrel bombs on civilian houses and fields near the town, with neither injuries nor fatalities reported. Concurrently, regime ground forces fired incendiary shells at agricultural lands around the town which set the field on fire, and 2000 rockets on civilian houses in the town.
