On 28 May 2019, regime warplanes carried out 3 airstrikes on civilian houses in the town of Kafr Nobol in Idleb, while regime ground forces fired 16 rockets at the town, injuring 3 male civilians. The shelling and airstrikes impacted Dar al Hekma Hospital, partially destroying its building and damaging its equipment and sections. As a result, the hospital went out of service. The shelling also impacted near the office of Molham volunteering team, severely damaging it and its furniture. No fatalities were reported.
