On 29 May 2019, regime and Russian warplanes carried out 31 airstrikes on civilian houses in Khan Shaykun in Idleb and fields near the own, in conjunction with regime forces fired rockets and the dropping of barrel bombs by regime helicopters on civilian houses, injuring 1 female civilian. Several missiles landed near the surgical unit, partially damaging it, while others landed near Ahmad al Naser Primary School, partially damaging its building and furniture. No fatalities were reported.
