On 29 May 2019, regime warplanes carried out airstrikes on the village of Bara in Idleb in conjunction with the dropping of barrel bombs by regime helicopters on civilian houses. Barrel bombs resulted in the killing of 1 man, his wife, and 2 of his children and the injuring of several other members of his family. Total fatalities coded to 4.
