On 30 May 2019, regime forces artillery shelled Al-Hibet town in Idleb, while regime and Russian warplanes carried out 7 airstrikes on civilian houses, in conjunction with targeting by regime warplanes using heavy machine guns. Neither fatalities nor injuries were reported.
