On June 29, pro-Houthi forces claimed to have carried out Qasif-2K drone attacks on Saudi military targets, including warplanes, in Abha and Jizan airports in southern Saudi Arabia, with no report of fatalities nor injuries but allegedly disrupting air traffic. Saudi air defence forces meanwhile claimed to have shot down a Houthi drone in Jizan, in what is likely the same event.
