On 10 July, 2019, regime warplanes carried out airstrikes on Jisr-Ash-Shugur in western Idleb countryside amid regime barrel bomb deployment, impacting Al Kalawi hospital which is supported by Syrian Expatriate Medical Association (SEMA) in al Jam'iya neighborhood in the town, partially destroying its building, damaging its equipment, and burning its electricity generators, leading the hospital to be out of service, and as a result, 7 civilians, including 3 children and 1 woman, were killed and others were wounded, a child succumbed to wounds received from a regime air raid on the town of Jisr-Ash-Shugur on 10/07/2019. Total fatalities coded to 8.
