On 18 July 2019, Russian warplanes carried out airstrikes on Jisr-Ash-Shugur and its outskirts in Idleb, impacting a women's center of Civil Defense specialized in providing health and emergency services for women and children, partially destroying its building, and damaging its furniture, as well as impacting a dispensary, and partially damaging its building, and furniture, and killing 1 person and wounding 7 others, including women and children. A civilian died on 20/07 from wounds sustained during the airstrikes. Total fatalities coded to 2.
