On 19 July 2019, regime and Russian warplanes carried out airstrikes on Khan Shaykun in Idleb, impacting Atawi School, partially destroying its building, and damaging its furniture, in conjunction with the dropping of barrel bombs by regime helicopters and shelling by regime forces, also impacting an ambulance of Civil Defense, partially damaging it, and also impacting Al Majles al Mahalli Bakery as well, partially destroying its building, and damaging its equipment. Neither injuries nor fatalities were reported.
