On 11 January 2021, an IED, that was planted by unknown source on a Aden Security military vehicle, exploded in Abdul Aziz street (Al Mansura, Aden) destroying the vehicle. According to one source no fatalities occurred, however according to another the explosion resulted in fatalities and injuries. Fatalities coded as 0 following the more conservative estimate.
