On 11 April 2021, Russian warplanes carried out airstrikes on IS positions in the desert of Sokhneh in Homs, killing several IS fighters and destroying several caves. Airstrikes on the deserts of Sokhneh, the Aleppo-Hama- Ar-Raqqa triangle in Ithariyah, and Bishri Mountain killed an known number of IS fighters. Unknown fatalities coded as 10 and split as follows across the 3 locations: 4 Sokhneh, 3 the Aleppo-Hama- Ar-Raqqa triangle in Ithariyah area, and 3 Bishri Mountain. 4 fatalities.
