On 30 April 2021, Afghan security personnel were killed and wounded when their tank was hit by a Taliban-planted IED in the Jalgadi area of Almar district, Faryab. Fatalities coded as 0 (VoJ reported unknown fatalities coded as 3 due to the size of tank).
