Responding to an emergency call from the Vinh Thach Commune authority, a mobile EOD team of RENEW-NPA today safely removed a U.S. naval shell and transported it to the demolition site for safest destruction. Earlier, 70-year-old fisherman Ho Ngoc Sum found the shell on the beach and immediately reported his discovery to the authority.
