On 03 July 2019, an IED, planted by an unidentified armed group, exploded in a vehicle belonging to an opposition faction that formerly operated under Operation Olive Branch on the road between Bulbul and Maydankay Dam in Aleppo. Neither injuries nor fatalities were reported.
