Around 13 March 2021 (as reported), near Tar Ma Hkan village (Hpakant Township, Mohnyin District, Kachin State), the Myanmar military brigade 33 fired heavy artillery shells around a KIA brigade 31 base. The KIA didn't fire back. Casualties unknown.
