On 10 March 2021, Russian warplanes carried out airstrikes on IS positions in the Rahjan area in Hama. The airstrikes in Ithariyah, Rahjan, Al-Rasafah, and Bishri mountain area killed 12 IS members and destroyed weapons and trucks. Total fatalities coded to 12 and split between the 4 events with 3 coded to each.
