On 10 March 2021, ISWAP launched mortar attacks on a camp of Nigerian Armed Forces at Malam Fatori (Abadam LGA, Borno). ISWAP fighters also launched IED attacks on a Nigerian foot patrol in the same area, killing and wounding ten soldiers. Fatalities coded as 5.
