On 11 February 2021, 1 civilian was killed and 1 was wounded by a bomb in the Bahr-e-Abad area of Sirkanay district, Kunar. 2 policemen were killed and 3 policemen were wounded when 2 more bombs exploded as they arrived to the scene of the first explosion. It's unclear who planted the bombs.
