On 1 March 2021, the Ukrainian Forces fired 120mm mortars at the positions of the Donbass People's Militia near Syhnalne, Donetsk. As a result of shelling, eight residential houses were damaged. The OSCE SMM observed a total of 15 explosions involving unknown weapons near Syhnalne.
