On 15 October 2020, US drones targeted a vehicle carrying Hurras al Deen commanders on the western outskirts of Idleb city. The drone attack killed two commanders and a child. The commanders were former member of Al Qaeda before joining Hurras al Deen. A woman who was injured in the attack succumbed to her wounds on 28/10/2020. The woman was travelling through the area when the Hurras al Deen vehicle was targeted. 4 fatalities.
