On 18 October 2020, at least 15 including 2 policemen were killed and nearly 152 more wounded (119 civilians abd 33 policemen) in a car bomb blast in front of departments of women and martyrs affairs and near the provincial police headquarter in Chaghcharan (Firozkoh) City, Ghor. No information on claim of responsibility.
