On 3 October 2020, in Tarmoenye village (Kutkai Township, Muse District, Shan State), TNLA and MNDAA combined forces shelled at Myanmar military LIB 45 and Tarmonenye sub-township based people's militia force. TNLA said that it is a retaliation against Myanmar military as Myanmar's military Battalion 99 and Battalion 88 attacked them the last few days. There were no casualties.
