The one remaining back-up 330 kV line to the ZNPP was cut, leaving the plant reliant on a single 750 kV line and backup diesel generators, should the last remaining electricity line be cut. Before the conflict began, the ZNPP had four 750 kV and six 330 kV power lines available. The IAEA observers at ZNPP reported that they continued to be denied timely and appropriate access to all areas important to nuclear safety and security.
