The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres used heavy and modern weaponry to target a military checkpoint in Bandki area of Mashkay tehsil (revenue unit) in Awaran District of Balochistan on January 14, resulting in death of soldier and injuries to another soldier, reports The Balochistan Post. The BLF claimed military helicopters were deployed to evacuate the casualties.
