Unidentified assistants attacked the camp of Mohabbat Khan Marri, who was associated with Government-backed militias, locally known as ‘death squads’ in Londo Noy Shim area of Kohlu District in Balochistan on January 11, reports The Balochistan Post. While Mohabbat Khan Marri was killed, three other persons sustained injuries in the assault. The attackers set fire to the camp and seized weapons before fleeing the scene. Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility of the attack. BLA ‘spokesperson’ Jeeyand Baloch, in a statement to the media, warned collaborators in the region to cease supporting Pakistani forces or face dire consequences.
