A quantity of explosive material, suspected to be TNT, was placed on the first floor of a hotel, which operated as a market. An individual, captured by security cameras, approached on foot, placed the explosive at the market's door, and then left the scene. The police arrested a 39-year-old man as the main suspect in this incident. The perpetrator reported to the police that he got the order to plant the explosive device from the prison. The case is under investigation.
