On 6 January 2025, in Tilin town (Tilin township, Gangaw district, Magway region), a combined force of the Strategy No.81 - Yaw Strategy, the People's Defense Force - Gangaw District (battalions 2, 4, 10, 15, 16, and 17), the People's Defense Force - Htilin (PaKaPha), local PaKaPha groups, and the Y.A.Y District Production attacked Myanmar military troops stationed at the Myoma police station, Agriculture Department office, General Administration Department office, bank, and television station using bombs attached to drones and over 100 rounds of 60mm heavy weapons from the morning until noon. Casualties unknown.
