SAA event in Berane Municipality, Berane area, Montenegro on Wed 25th December 2024

While searching the home and other premises used by an individual, an executive director of a shop selling firearms, police seized several firearms, including an Alfa Proj pistol, caliber 7.35 mm, a CZ pistol, caliber 9x19 mm, a CZ pistol, caliber 7.65 mm, a Tokarev pistol, caliber 7.62 mm, a Zastava pistol, caliber 7.62 mm, a UZKON rifle, and a hunting rifle, all with valid licences. They also found 1,287 rounds of ammunition of various types and calibers. In addition, the man is suspected to have sold ammunition found in another raid without providing a valid firearms license. It is suspected that his actions involve elements of the criminal offence of abuse of position in business operations, combined with the offence of document forgery.
