In the morning, the Russians launched massive strikes on Kharkiv and the region, using strike UAVs and S-300 and S-400 air defense systems: the police documented the consequences of war crimes

In total, seven people were injured: one woman died and six were injured.  

On December 25, at around 06:00, the enemy launched a rocket attack on the city. Hits were recorded in the Saltivskyi, Industrial, Nemyshlyanskyi, and Kyivskyi districts of the city. Five civilian men and a woman were injured. Two of the injured were taken to the hospital. Residential buildings, civilian infrastructure facilities, and private cars were damaged. According to the conclusions of bomb disposal experts, the Russians struck with S-300 and S-400 air defense systems.

At around 06:50, the enemy launched a drone strike on the village of Slobozhanske, Chuhuiv district. The buildings of a private enterprise were damaged.

At around 08:00, the Russian military carried out attacks using drones on the village of Ivanivka, Izyum district, and the village of Ternova, Chuguiv district. Private homes were damaged.

Enemy strikes also hit the village of Babai, the villages of Yakovlivka and Selektsiyne in the Kharkiv region.

At around 09:30, Russian Federation troops struck the village of Novoosinove, Kupyansky District.  As a result of the shelling, a 53-year-old woman received injuries incompatible with life.

Investigative and operational teams of territorial police units, forensic experts, and explosives technicians documented the consequences of enemy shelling.

Based on the facts of violations of the laws and customs of war, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
