The crime of bombing the Al-Hofrah neighborhood in Al-Bayda governorate has returned to the forefront, after tribal gunmen blocked the streets of Rada'a city on Thursday, rejecting the militia's attempts to acquit the perpetrators and exploit the case to sow discord among the tribes of the governorate.
The correspondent of "Al-Masdar Online" said that tribal gunmen belonging to "Al-Jawf" in the Al-Quraishiyah district in Qifah, blocked the main street in Rada'a city and set tires on fire against the backdrop of the house bombing incidents in Al-Hofrah neighborhood in the center of the city last March.
He added that the tribal gunmen accused "Houthi leaders, including the Houthi leader Abdullah Idris, who was appointed by the group as governor of Al-Bayda; of exploiting the incident of bombing houses in Al-Hofrah neighborhood to sow discord and fighting between the Al-Jawf tribe and the people of Rada'a city, specifically the people of Al-Hofrah neighborhood, with the aim of turning the crime into tribal revenge and internal fighting among the tribes in Rada'a."
