On December 13, Manipur Police arrested one Kangleipak Communist Party-People's War Group (KCP-PWG) identified as Konthoujam Jiban Meitei (43) from Bamdiar Awang Leikai in Imphal East District of Manipur, reports India TodayNE. One self-loading rifle (SLR) rifle with one magazine, two .303 rifles, one pump action gun, three sleeping bags, forty badges of KCP-PWG, one bullet-proof (BP) cover, one cap, two SLR live rounds, two 303 live rounds, twelve rounds of pump action gun and two gunny sacks were recovered from his possession.
