On December 11, Khalil Rahman Haqqani, the Taliban’s Minister of Refugees, along with his three bodyguards were killed in suicide blast at the Ministry of Refugees compound in Kabul of Kabul Province, reports Amu TV. TheIslamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing. ISKP claimed its operative successfully bypassed security barriers to reach the location of the bombing in the Ministry’s compound in Kabul.According to the statement of ISKP, the attacker waited until Haqqani exited the ministry, accompanied by aides and bodyguards, before detonating an explosive vest.
