On 30 November 2024, in Koke Ke village (Myingyan township, Myingyan district, Mandalay region), a combined force of the Shwe Chan Thar Guerrilla Force (Myingyan) and the People's Defense Force - Myingyan conducted a cluster mine attack against a Myanmar military column of around 100 soldiers from LIB-15 near Koke Ke police station along the Myingyan - Nabu Aing road at around 10 am. Myanmar Pressphoto Agency reported that 12 soldiers were killed while Khit Thit Media reported that 13 soldiers including an officer were killed. Fatalities coded as 12, using the lowest estimate.
