SAA event in Balochistan, Turbat, Kech District area, Pakistan on Thu 28th November 2024

Three soldiers were killed and two other soldiers sustained injuries when Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres ambushed a military convoy in the Absar Bonda Bon Dokurm Padi Road area of Turbat in Kech District of Balochistan in the morning of November 28, reports The Balochistan Post. Multiple explosions and heavy gunfire were reported during the attack in which two vehicles and two motorcycles in the convoy were targeted. BLF claimed responsibility for the attack. BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said the group’s cadres successfully retreated after the attack. He accused Security Forces (SFs) of retaliating against civilians in nearby areas, alleging that several residents were detained and others subjected to violence.
