On December 3, Security Forces (SFs) killed Junaid Ahmed Bhat, a Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) ‘commander’, in the Dachigam forest area of Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports Daily Excelsior. An M-4 rifle and other ammunition were recovered during the operation. Bhat was involved in an October 20 attack in the Gagangir area in Ganderbal District, which claimed the lives of six migrant workers and a Kashmiri doctor.
