On 23 November 2024, in Seikphyu township (Pakokku district, Magway region), a combined force of resistance groups fired artillery and small weapons at 3 military vehicles. The combined force included Yenanthar Youth Force, People's Defense Force - Pakokku District, Seikphyu Bar Ma Hti People's Defense Force, People's Defense Force - Seikphyu Township, Magway Division Army. 6 military soldiers were killed and some others were injured.
