On 28 November 2024, RSF artillery shelling targeted Abara (Al Hasahisa, Al Jazirah). 8 civilians were killed and dozens were injured and missing due to RSF shelling across Al Fawwar, Salim, Abu Karna, Abara, Um Korak, Ajjan Al Hlawin, Al Miejina, and Um Wizein on 28 November. 8 fatalities split across the eight villages and coded as 1 for this event.
