At least six terrorists and one soldier were killed during a clash when terrorists launched an attack on the Army camp in Tirah valley area of Khyber District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on November 17, reports Dawn. The clashes with terrorists, mostly affiliated with the Lashkar-i-Islam (LI), took place near the Bagh Markaz, the main trading centre of the valley in Malakdin Khel area. Scores of terrorists were also injured in the cross-firing. The attack confined people to their homes while shops in the Bagh Markaz market closed.
