On 17 November 2024, ISKP militants detonated an IED near a mosque in Azam Warsak town (South Waziristan, KPK). A JUI-F member was killed and six other bystanders were wounded in the explosion. According to police officials, the target of the ISKP attack was the Imam (prayer leader) of the mosque, who remained unhurt in the attack. 1 fatality and 6 injured.
