On November 2, Manipur Police arrested one cadre of People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak—Progressive (PREPAK-PRO) identified as Nongmaithem Gunamani alias Allu (32) from Kumbi area in Bishnupur District of Manipur, reports Manipur Police on X. He was involved in extortion activities. One 36-hand grenade was recovered from him.
