A 43-year-old man used a firearm to forcibly kidnap a 45-year-old man, driving him to a remote location where he was unlawfully detained and robbed him. The victim was tied near dogs that inflicted physical injuries. Two days later, the perpetrator falsely reported to police that he had caught an unknown person trying to break into his property.
