On 8 November 2024, at night, Russian forces carried out airstrikes with KAB-type aerial bombs at the residential areas in the Saltivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts in Kharkiv city (Kharkiv region). As a result of the aerial bombardments, 6 residential buildings, 8 administrative buildings, 9 cars, 3 trade pavilions, 4 exits of the metro station and a 12-story residential building were damaged. 25 civilians were injured, including 4 children, 6 civilians were hospitalized.
