On 28 October 2024, Russian Forces launched 100 drones, including Shahed-136/131s and other unidentified strike drones, against the targets in Ukraine. 66 drones were intercepted by Ukrainian Forces, some of them over Zhytomyr region (coded to Zhytomyr, Zhytomyr) and 24 drones were 'lost,' possibly due to Ukrainian electronic warfare (EW) countermeasures. The fallen debris of the downed drones caused fire to a private property. No casualties.
