On 1 November 2024, in Kutkai town (Kutkai township, Muse district, Shan-North state), the Myanmar military forces conducted airstrikes by dropping 10 bombs on the Internal Revenue Office, Firefighter station, hospital, NaTaLa School building, electric power corporation (EPC) office, and near the Asia World Tollgate in No.2 ward using two fighter jets at around 3:28 am, 3:33 am, and 3:38 am. The airstrikes killed a member of the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) and a local. Several other people sustained injuries.
