On 1 November 2024, Russian forces carried out a ballistic missile strike at the residential area in Kharkiv city, Kharkiv region. As a result, dozens of residential buildings and private houses were damaged. 2 elderly women suffered acute stress reactions. Also, later that day, Russian forces conducted two more (likely with modified S-300/400) missile strikes at the Police Station in Kharkiv. As a result of the missile strikes, 1 police officer was killed and 39 more were injured, including 9 civilians. Additionally, an administrative building, private residential buildings, multi-story buildings, shops and more than 10 cars were damaged.
