A woman found an object similar to a mine in the Holosiivsky district of Kyiv.

As reported by Ukrinform, the patrol police of Kyiv reported this in Telegram . 

"Today, the special line 112 received a report about the discovery of a dangerous object in the Holosiivskyi district. A local woman noticed a dangerous find between the trees, similar to a mine ," the message reads.

Law enforcement cordoned off the scene and called investigators and explosives experts.

The policemen reminded that in the case of detection of explosive objects, it is impossible to touch and approach them.

The discovery should be reported to the special line 112 and other persons should not be allowed to the place where the suspicious objects were discovered until the arrival of the police.

It is also necessary to immediately stop any work in the area of ​​detection of explosive objects.

As reported by Ukrinform, a resident of Kyiv found an object similar to an explosive in the Desnyan district of the capital , and a resident of the Obolon district found a grenade.
