Morelia, Michoacán.- The Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) deactivated and destroyed four explosive devices in the community of Cenobio Moreno, in Apatzingán.

In a statement, the agency said that together with the National Defense Secretariat (Sedena) they detected four improvised devices in the town.

These were allegedly to be launched by drones ; they were found in two Jeep and Dodge trucks when patrols were being carried out in the area by the Civil Guard and the Army.

The explosives were cylindrical in shape, made of PVC plastic, and were deactivated by specialized military personnel.

It is worth mentioning that the municipalities of Apatzingán and Tierra Caliente are where the most drone attacks by organized crime have been recorded.

Several houses have been damaged, but also the people who live there. Even the brother of the former self-defense force member, Hipólito Mora, Guadalupe Mora, has said that the attacks with these devices do not stop.
