On 21 October 2024, an Israeli drone or warplane conducted a strike targeting a vehicle in Damascus - Mazzeh neighborhood in the city of Damascus. The strike killed a Hezbollah commander, who headed Unit 4400 responsible for money and weapons transfers from Iran, as well as another individual, and wounded three others. The following day, a civilian succumbed to injuries sustained during the strike. 3 fatalities.
