CBRNE event in Warsaw, Warsaw area, Poland on Thu 9th October 2014

A Vietnamense National attempted to smuggle an amount of cigarettes (a fake Marlboro brand) into Poland. The cigarettes were inside a container that was carrying frozen crabs and was being transported in the Vietnamese national's luggage. All cigarette packs were filled with extra metal plates, each laced with Iodine-125. Additionally, all cigarette pack covers were contaminated with Strontium-90. According to German, Austrian and British news sorces, the cigarettes were destined for Germany and Scotland. The Vietnamese national with the container was discovered at customs inspection security in the airport.
